He was punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but what stood out from all the other contractors I dealt with, is his genuine concern for us, the customer. If there’s a contractor out there who cares more about providing quality care to his clients than filling his own wallet, it’s Blake. He literally changed his footwear every single time he came in and out of the house, but more than that, he took his time to ensure the best possible product was delivered by going above and beyond what was agreed upon in the contract, and then stayed on well past job completion to ensure we fully understood the system and thermostat control features. The job was completed to exact specifications, on time, on budget, and a thorough clean-up was well appreciated. We now have consistent cool comfort on every level of our home. I have no hesitation in recommending Blake Livingston to anyone. Service second to none from this gentleman!
