We recently had a large wool rug cleaned by Persian Rug Services. They came to pick up the rug on time. Despite being almost 30 years old, The company was able to clean the rug and bring it back to almost “new” condition. When the rug was returned, Joe (I believe his name was) brought it to the room it was to be located and positioned it exactly as we wanted. He was very attentive to our wishes. He was very pleasant and professional. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the level of service. I would highly recommend Persian Rug Services for all rug cleaning services.

I had needed some cracks and holes in the masonry and bricks on my 65 year old home repaired. Straight Up Masonry was very efficient and professional from the getting a quote through having the work done. David And Nicholas arrived at my home exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, efficiently and very neatly. They were friendly, courteous and ensured that I was satisfied with the work, before they left. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Freshette Lawncare have been providing service to my property for the past 4 years and my lawn has never look so good. The company makes recommendations and does not try to over sell their services. They arrive when promised and when finished leave a detailed explanation of what they did. I am particularly pleased that they use organic products that are safe for the environment. I am very pleased with the company and have recommended them to many of my neighbours.

I wanted to get some outdoor lighting and an outdoor power outlet attached to a new shed that I had put up in my back yard. After a bit of a delay in connecting with Arnoldo, he came by to take a look at the work, made some very viable suggestions and provided a quote as promised. We agreed to a date and time for the work to be done. Arnoldo arrived as on time and worked diligently for the better part of the day to complete the work. Again, and very appropriately, he made some suggestions as to how the work might be able to be done more effectively and potentially at a slightly lower cost. We agreed on the approach and he delivered everything he promised. The job was completed to my full satisfaction as well as being on time and on budget. He left the area in which he worked, very neat and tidy. He was very cordial and a pleasure to work with.

I called JTO Construction to investigate an potentially repair minor damage to my shingled roof that was allowing water to seep into my home. The serviceman showed up at my home a few minutes before our agreed to appointment time and after a brief conversation outlining what I believed was the problem, he examined the roof, confirmed the issue I had identified and using photos, identified to me, a few other minor problems that existed with my roof. The serviceman then proposed solutions to the problems and indicated that he (and his assistant) could make the necessary repairs on the spot. He provided an estimate for the repair as well as how long it would take. Once I agreed to have the work done, the serviceman and his assistant performed the necessary repairs within the time he said it would take. He then provided photographic evidence of his work and what the repaired areas of my roof looked like before and after the repair. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge and efficiency of the services I received. I never felt that anything but what absolutely needed to be done was offered.

After 27 years of service my Carrier home air conditioner died. Having purchased both this unit and a furnace from A1, I contacted them to discuss replacing the A/C unit. A salesman (Gord Burns) was at my home the same evening to discuss my options and arrange to have a new unit installed within 48 hours. Gord seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a larger unit that I needed. Mike (lead installer) and Mike (supporting installer) were at my home at 7:00 am, today as promised to start the installation. The first thing I noticed (and to some this may seem trivial) was that they put down a cover "carpet" on all surfaces where there were rugs, to protect them (my rugs) from dirt. Once they had "protected the working area they worked quickly and efficiently for the next 3.5 hours removing the old equipment and installing the new Carrier unit. Once they had finished, they test the unit to ensure it was working properly, tweaked one or two minor thing and then explained the key features of the new system, answered all of my questions. Before they left they made sure the areas where they had worked (inside and out) were cleaned and free of any debris. The 2 Mike's were extremely courteous, pleasant to deal with and seemed to thoroughly know exactly what they were doing. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them. I would highly recommend the company and these to service providers.

This was my first time using Persian Rug Specialists. Joe was very professional and helful in identfying what services I needed and did not need. The rug was cleaned beautifully and was ready on time and at the price we had agreed upon. I would highly recommend this company.
