My basement had flooded due to a calcite buildup within my main drain. What a mess. Aron and his team had cleaned out the basement, stripped everything down and scrubbed the floors within hours of the flood. They took care of everything for me, including documenting the items that could not be saved. Quick and professional. Highly recommended. Some issues were noticed with the rebuild, however once aware of the issues, there was an electrician in on the very next business day to take care of my concerns. As far as the other issues I had had, everything was taken care of quickly, even though they had been paid already, and looks much better. What an improvement and great customer service. Thank you Restoration 1 and Aron for never stopping until I am satisfied. I can't wait to spend time in my new basement now! Thank you Aron and Restoration 1 for helping us through a difficult time.
