Luis is very professional. He comes on time and does the work as he promised. We had a hiccup with the work but he came and corrected without any fuss. Overall I would recommend his company, hopefully he's not too busy to do my future projects.

Eaves replacement and minor roof repair
Job was done well enough, re-scheduled due to weather conditions. So this goes to say, if you have an emergency repair find someone else. I finally got my warranty after several communications with the company. Check your warranty, never rely on what their representative tells you.
Strong winds damaged a good portion of my roof and I was able to get hold of Frank Gillis, he came as he promised at the time he said he would. He did a survey of the damage, gave an estimate and once we agreed on the price proceed with the repair immediately. He found other problems which he addressed as well. He was very courteous and so were the people working for him. Will definitely deal with his company in the future!
I've had several small renovations and repairs done to the house that I bought and each time I was able to depend on Jhong of Neighborhood Handyman to complete the job without breaking the bank. He does the job on time and leave the site very clean. He listens to what the customers wants and takes time to look into available options before starting each project. I have more project for him.
Hole in the Roof/Clogged Downspout
The weather was pretty bad but Homepro still sent their man to fix the hole in the roof and the clogged downspout. He actually had to stop because the wind became too strong but despite the rain and the wind the guy completed the job. Thanks Scott!!
We hired this company to inspect a vacant house that we were buying. We made the mistake of not seeing a red flag, he does not climb roofs! He went on with the inspection pointing one thing after another which seems to be good. In the end he missed out critical things such as why are there only three exhaust when there are two bathrooms, two kitchen range hood and one dryer at the basement! That the vent in the bathroom fan on the main floor is connected to nothing blowing moisture in the attic! That garage roof is in very bad shape that it needs immediate replacement! And the main thing is that we'll have to spend thousands of dollars for the things that he considered minor issues! That there are holes inside a basement cabinet which would tell us that the basement has no insulation of whatsoever! So do yourselves a favor and find another inspector!
