Milorad just finished installing a carrera marble small brick backsplash. He was very professional to deal with, always on time, and cleaned up after each day. The outcome was better than we expected - you will not be dissapointed in his work. Now we just need our cabinets refinnished to complement the great tiling.

Gold Seal re-caulked all the windows of our 3-storey semi (and our neighbors at the same time). The weather kept interfering and they had to come back on 3 different days and ended up having to work around painters who were re-painting the exterior that week as well. Despite the trouble, the guys remained in good spirits and were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. More importantly, they did an excellent job - we are very happy with the results and would highly recommend. Thanks!

We chose Trademark to wire for a washer/dryer to our second level from the basement. We also need 2 x 240V lines wired to the kitchen for 2 European appliances. In the basement we added several new outlets and 4 potlights. 6 wireless dimmer switches also had to be installed throughout the house. Steve worked well and finished the job in 1.5 days, although I had to call them back to fix the 2 x 240V lines in the kitchen which did not work when we connected our appliances. They came back promptly and fixed the problem. Overall, we are happy with the work, and the team was very professional, courteous and hard-working. A couple days later we had to change a breaker which was not part of the above work – although it only took about 1 min, we were still charged the full $150 call out fee – which I though was excessive. Pleased with the work, but would hesitate to call them again.

Our blower stopped working over the weekend. I called Reliable Home Comfort at 8 AM and a serviceman arrived by 10 AM. We had just moved into the house and finished a lot of work – it was a simple fix of replacing the filter which was clogged and caused the unit to overheat and shut down. While there I asked the serviceman to check and fix our gas fireplaces which needed attention and also connect our gas grill to the house. Work was done well and efficiently - would highly recommend.

My husband and I are in the process of repainting practically every surface in our new home, so we go to SW almost every day at the moment. The staff there have always been very helpful, giving advice not only on paint colors and finishes, but also providing tips on achieving a professional finish and giving references for painters in the area.

We recently bought a townhouse in Toronto and wanted to refinish the floors and stain them dark. It was a bit difficult because we had not actually moved to Toronto yet, so my husband was flying back and forth and I was trying to pick stain colors via iphone pictures..! Throughout the process, Francisco was an absolute joy to work with. He had the very challenging task of matching 2 different kids of wood (floors and stairs) to a laminate we bought for the basement level. In addition, while we were away, our heating system stopped working, so the stain took longer to dry than anticipated. In spite of this, Francisco somehow still managed to finish the project on time, and the outcome is absolutely, perfectly, exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier.

I'm not 100% sure which branch of Superior Home Systems came to my home, but I would avoid all of them. We just bought a house and are doing a lot of work to it, including refinishing the hardwood floors, painting, etc - and installing a central vac system. The guy that did the install was incredible sloppy. He didn't clean up after himself at all! He left wires, plastic bags, old covers, trash, and other bits and pieces all over the house. He didn't show us how to work the system or what each of the attachments were for. But what made me most upset was that he put an enormous, very deep scratch in our JUST-refinished hardwood floors that we now have to pay to have re-sanded and repaired. Because our townhouse is on 4 levels, and the guy didn't bother to do any kind of walk-through with us to explain the system, we didn't notice the scratch until right after he left. We immediately called the office to complain, and were promised that someone would get back to us - it's been a week and no one has contacted us. Absolutely terrible experience.
