Our experience with Clear Cut Kitchen and Bath Renovations in Kemptville was better than we ever could have hoped, going reluctantly into two bathroom renovations. Having heard horror stories about renovations, we were not eager to commit. We did consider other renovators in the Kemptville Ontario area, but Clear Cut Kitchen and Bath Renovations was a Clear Winner. From our first meeting with Zoltan and Svetlana, we were reassured and confident that we were dealing with a company that knows its business and strives to know its customers. We are not the type of people that know exactly what we want, but Zoltan and Lana just went with the flow and chose the best design and products that we could have asked for. They consulted at every step along the way, and with the exception of a few supply delays, they worked steadily and exclusively on our home. They left a clean work site every day and removed any discarded material. From day one they remembered and were careful about fragrance allergies in our home. We like to think that we have become friends with this kind and compassionate family who have moved into our community for the better of all concerned! Their sons, Nick and Sam were responsible and skilled workerseven their reliable daughters Olivia and Abby came to help; we felt like part of a warm and loving - very skilled - family. We are very happy with the quality workmanship and material in our new bathrooms and look forward to keeping in touch with the Kiss clan.

In the spring and summer of 2018 we hired Tar and Chip Ottawa to resurface out 1/2 km driveway. Additional work was required to ensure a good foundation and to protect against flooding along the causeway. We paid the company $98,600+ for the work. It looked good for the first year but we were not satisfied with the way they left the edging; raw and deep. By the second year the tar began cracking and chipping and each year since then has become more broken, pitted and unstable. We contacted the company numerous times over the years and have received hollow promises for the "annual inspections". There is always an excuse. They have never been back. I have posted several reviews trying to warn others, but somehow these slick operators have managed to promise me repair if I take down the review. No More. I'm tired of tracking bits of gravel into the house every day all year round, I'm tired of the driveway looking worse than it did before we gave these jokers almost $100, 000. A full refund is the only satisfaction at this point, so that we can get asphalt.

Cavanagh Brothers Roofing just replaced the shingle roofing on our home, garage and woodshed. Top-quality workmanship and supplies. The Cavanaghs are pleasant, polite, honest and very hard working. They arrive when they say they will, they work on YOUR job only until it's done to your satisfaction. They are respectful of their surroundings and clean up their worksite completely every day. They ensure that you are comfortable with their presence at all times. We recommend them highly to others.

Jenna Collins IS a painter's daughter, and the craft has been passed on to her and her sister Elizabeth. They excel at accuracy, and skill. Excellent cutting in...and our interior house doors each have four panes of glass. Superior patching and sanding, AND they clean up afterwards! We were pleased that they were recommended to us, and we look forward to their return in a few months to paint the house exterior! They are extremely fast, and considerate. Jenna has good business sense and a strong work ethic. A pleasure to do business with.

Our Real Estate agent recommended this company for the water inspection when we bought the home. We were impressed with Moe's knowledge and professionalism, also by the way he did not "push" us to change anything on the system, even though the rural system was obviously all new to us. He sent a follow-up report promptly with a recommendation that the Iron and Sulphur filter device might need to be installed sometime in the future. Well, the time has come and we remembered Moe's professional knowledge, so we called him. It was a nice reunion. Moe's team did the work promptly, neatly, quickly and quietly. They arrived right on time. Now we have clear, clean water. We were especially impressed by the good things that Moe's employees had to say about him, even in his absence. They like working for him, which tells us a lot.
