As a customer with multiple purchases, was disappointed when a newly bought product with full warranty, had a manufactures defect. Support for service/warranty was not forthcoming, leaving the buyer no choice but to have direct contact with the manufacture. This was a lengthy process with phone calls, emails, descriptions and photos. Fortunately, the manufacturer was proactive, the end result was the complaint and defect were valid, ending in a positive resolve.

Have used other companies in the past, however, the system Modern PurAir uses is different and quite effective! The furnace is running quieter with air throughout the house more consistent. Usually I would need to dust the furniture every couple of days - since having Modern PurAir service, I can dust once every three weeks with hardly any dust at all! Chris and Chad were excellent, very respectful of my home. I have recommended them to my neighbours and half my cul-de-sac (6 homes in all) obtained their service as well! Great job, great service! Thanks to Chris and Chad!!
