The drain to the sewer was clogged under the basement floor resulting in laundry tub not draining. Mr. Rooter was able to get a plumber to my house within 2 hours of my call. Guy Gratton arrived on time and explained clearly the issue, the risks and how he would proceed. Within an hour, he cleared the drain. He also cleaned the work area.
