Good service provided by Cthru serviceman. Cleaned my eavestroughs, inspected the in-place gutter guards, and also removed additional debris from my next door neighbor's overhang.

Kudos to both Charlie and Sebastian (and Son) for their excellent work. My ensuite bathroom shower stall has never looked better. Was considering replacing the entire shower stall ($8K+) but Charlie convinced me that it was not necessary under the circumstances (house to be sold soon). Replaced the floor and the three rows of tiles from the bottom up. Work commenced April 10th and finished the morning of April 12th (2 days + 1 hour). Very satisfied with the workmanship and thoughtfulness of Charlie and Sebastian (and Son). Have found new contractors for future work (front foyer in the summer).

The installation service provided by Alex and Brandon was excellent once again. Both gentlemen are very congenial and always discuss the process. Will definitely use them again for future jobs.

Had Alex and Brandon recently to install 3 toilet units in my residence (1 in ensuite bathroom, 1 in main bathroom, and 1 in powder room). Also had Alex and Brandon do a couple of additional minor repairs (outside weatherstripping and sliding patio door). Service quality was excellent all around. Alex and Brandon explained the installation process every step of the way and were exceptionally professional at all times. Will hire them again without reservation as their work is exceptional quality.

Alex came by to look at the problem and fixed it right then and there. Small problem with alignment of inside patio door and middle screen door. Would not accept any payment which impressed me. Very professional attitude and congenial. Kudos to The HandyBoydz!

Porch and front steps were in need of repair due to deterioration over the years. Workman scraped and sanded cement steps to remove excess paint. Then painted and caulked both surfaces. Afterwards looked 100% better.

Had to replace/repair 3 faucets in house due to age and use. Repairman repaired kitchen faucet valve at no cost as I was not aware that the part was free as it was a Moen faucet. Fixed leaky basement faucet in quick order with no problems. Very professional throughout.

Had an emergency repair as furnance would not start. Sears Home Service responded quickly and repaired the problem (defective ignitor). Would use them again in an instant. Very efficient and professional.

Had an emergency roof repair on a very bad day. Out of all the contractors called, John was the only one who responded quickly. Came and tarped the problem roof area, then returned the following day and began the main repair. Workmen were exceptionally efficient and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Company's rates are upfront and very reasonable for the work performed. Serviceman (Dave) was very professional and accomodating. Work done in good time and for a good price. Will definitely use them again in the future as they offer additional services that would be useful, especially to a new homebuyer.
