Owen's work was far beyond my expectation. He came and spent over 4 hours, non stop working on the tiles in the kitchen, dining and hallway, all high traffic areas. I was expected the black colour in between the tiles could be improved to "lighter black" or "dark grey" after cleaning. I was shocked when I saw grout all turned into the original light grey colour with no single dark spot, just like new! Several friends visited my home recently was surprised that grout cleaning has such a magic power! Couldn't thank enough to Owen!
