Over the Winter Pioneer Pools in Newmarket had moved the Manager (Jordan) to the Barrie store. Their key service rep also left the store leaving the store without a service department and me with a leak that had to be repaired because we sold the house (long story). After calling Jordan I received a call from JC and we scheduled a date and time for a visit. Jc showed up as scheduled. We talked about the problem and the reason for leak to be repaired ASAP. I could tell that this guy was focused on Customer Service (a very rare treat) I found out also he was from Guardian Pools and there to do what it takes. He had all the parts needed and followed up every other day until I was 100% happy. Needless to say we were very pleased with the very Professional service we received. If you're reading this and getting quotes you stop right now. Knowing JC and the way he works I can almost guarantee he will over exceed you're expectations.

Last September I had to have the unit re-charged. Had to again this year, so I had a leak. Hard to find leak until Nima arrived and not only found but tested for 2 days before the calling it fixed. He was like a dog with a bone...never gave up. Always communicated with me an because he was satisfied so was I. Maple Air is lucky to have him. Guess what next time I have a problem, He's the one I want. Sean also is very pleasant to deal with and keeps his word. In short I'm very happy right now. It's 30 outside and 23 inside as I type this....THANKS... Keep Smilin' .....
