Received outstanding service last year from Dan Thorenton in Ottawa last year so when I found myself moving this year it just made sense that I would reach out to him again. Dan, sorted through all the options provided me with a recommendation that fit my needs and made it all very simple for me.
My experience with Dan Thorenton and Canadian Appliance Source was, in a word, exceptional. Dan came recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. I knew from shopping around the exact appliances I wanted and reached out to Dan for assistance and he took it from there. His pricing was outstanding and his approach focused on my convenience. Knowing I would like/need my new oven before Christmas he worked a small miracle to make that happen. My appliances were to arrive today between 8 and 12 and what I think is a first for me, they actually were here at 8! No sitting around and waiting for me and I am sure Dan has something to do with that. Over the next year will be looking for another appliance purchase and Dan has made it very easy for me to forget the rest and go right to him.
