Service is great, tech in and out in no time. My only issue is there flat rate pricing that they do not disclose until they are ready to repair. I paid over a $1000 for a $100 part and less then 2 hours of labour. Same repair was quoted at $500 by another Time and Material HVAC tech from a different company. I believe they should be disclosing their pricing model before booking the service call.

I had in a number of different companies and had my mind made up when I saw this thread and give Peter. Let me tell you I couldn't be more happy with the results. Even the city inspector commented on what a great job it was. Peter was knowledge, willing to take the time to careful review the job, offered suggestions to issues and very professional. He is just as helpful in person as he is here. His prices wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expense but the job was 1st rate in a home we plan on living in forever.
