John Krygsman does very good work. He did all of the prep work (except the floors) for the kitchen company who installed the kitchen cabinetry (Kitchen Studio in Oshawa). He kept us updated on the status of everything throughout the project. He also did some extra work that we needed. He did miss having to get a permit for insulation removal but I took care of that easily once I knew it had to be done. We are very pleased with the end result.

Our basement was old and ugly. We needed to improve the recroom, add an extra room and rearrange our laundry. Steve took care of everything and gave us many ideas like adding a half wall for the dryer vent and washer pipes. He organized all of the subcontractors (plumber,electrician etc. Installed doors, walls, drywall, pot lights, extra outlets, beadboard wainscotting and chair rail. Very good price, very friendly and personable and listened to what we wanted.It looks amazing. Lets hope our kids don't mess it up!! Thanks Steve

In Jan 2009 our 26 year old furnace bit the dust. It was a Friday night and we woke up in the cold. Rodmans came over that day and told us we would need an energy audit to qualify for the rebate program. Unfortunately the energy audit people were not open until Monday. Rodmans were good enough to provide us with several electric heaters. They came back in a few days later and finished in one day. Very quiet when it comes on. Would recommend Rodman's
