LBS in Don Mills

We were not impressed with Dundas Carpet and Flooring. Joseph came and gave us a competitive estimate and sounded very accommodating - in other words, he was a good salesman. The sub-contractor that they sent out also talked a good game but didn't end up doing a nice job on the floor - there were many areas where tiles were not even with each other. He seemed dependable - but wasn't. After finishing the tiling we made the mistake of paying for the job because he promised to come back on the weekend to "finish up" - reinstall baseboards and paint a small section of wall, as that was part of the contract. To make matters worse, within one week one of the tiles developed a crack (not sure if it was faulty tile or not installed correctly). After MANY calls to the sub-contractor and Dundas - it TOOK 11 MONTHS for them to replace the cracked tile, and only because I kept phoning repeatedly. At about month 9 we got so fed up that we hired a handyman to replace the baseboards. I would not recommend this company. Beware - they talk a good game, but then don't follow through.

Pesticon provided exceptional service for our mouse problem. They were professional, courtesy and to top it off, they were the most economical company found after phoning 3 other competitors. Highly recommended!!
