I have been hesitant to have renovations done in my home in the past because of a bad experience with a previous contractor. From the moment I met Guytano from ABJM Tile and Marble, I was confident that the outcome of his team's work would meet my and my husband's expectations. On the first day, I was quite happy with how they isolated everything with plastic to protect our furniture and our kitchen cabinets. Guytano was always easy to get into contact with and the members or his team who did the work were always courteous. As with any type of renovations, there were a few obstacles encountered. Things happen and I was quite pleased with how my concerns were dealt with. A good business person always satisfies the customer within reason and I definitely was able to count on Guytano and his team for this. They completed my work pretty close to the timeline given and I was quite delighted to come home to a kitchen that was sparkling clean. I have more work to be done soon and am sure that this work will yield the same satisfaction I had with the previous work they did.
UPDATE: My kitchen renovation continues and I had to have our gas cooktop removed to install my new counter-tops and unfortunately during the removal process Guytano's HVAC technician Dino noticed that my gas line was not connected properly. He was able to remove it with his fingers!!! Having said this, there were traces of gas leaking into our kitchen which could have been detrimental to my family if it wasn't caught!!! And on top of this, there was no shut off valve installed where there should have been one. A big thank you to Guytano and his team for always providing exceptional work. Its difficult to find people to trust in this business especially when you rely on them to do their job well. I am sure glad that I made the right decision when I chose ABJM Tile and Marble to work on my home!
