Worst snow removal company ever. Any snowfall over 2 cm and they often could not complete a standard sidewalk/driveway in under 24 hours - which was promised in their contract. When it snowed 4 cm, they cited "snow" as an excuse to not get properties clean for 4 days. Twice they did not show up at all and after a week I was able to get a $25 credit on my account - but I still landed up clearing my own snow and getting neighbours to assist me since was ill. This is also not an early morning service.....if you need to get out of your driveway to go to work you will not be able to. When I had to clean half my driveway myself in order to go to work, they would not clean the other half or my sidewalk, nor would they credit me because I had received a credit the previous month! They will not answer telephone calls and reply with a standard email for days after a snowfall that they are working as fast as they can and that the customer must be patient. Please save yourself a lot of stress, especially if you have health issues, and hire a different company.

They attempted to charge us more than the telephone quotation, which he 'promised' was a set-price job; this seemed a bit sleazy to me. They advertise in my community, which was why I called them. The plumber seemed qualified and nice enough, could have dressed a little neater, and didn't appear happy with his job; a definite lack of pride in his company. The owner/manager came across as untrustworthy and I will never use this company again, and certainly never for a major job.

I brought in a favorite print for matting and framing. Pandora offered a dramatic suggestion for a frame and mat that I never would have considered. It turned out fabulous and made the art just pop to life! I would use them again.
