Shovelled Walk / Clip It Lawn Care

We had our spring cleanup this past week and just wanted to pass along how pleased we were with the service. It is the best spring cleanup we have had to date. We really appreciate the great work and service.

I have year round service with clip it lawn care. It looks like my back yard is a golf course. It looks absolutely great. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. I'm so grateful you sent the person you did last summer. The sidewalks are high traffic around my house so sometimes there need to be repeat visits to scrape, but Cristine is a pleasure to deal with and they come out right away.

The fellow who handled snow removal for my home last year did a wonderful job and was always prompt and friendly. I asked them to do the two commercial properties I run as well and so far it's been as good of service, though a different crew.

Very disappointed in this service. No snow for 3 weeks then when it snows...no service for over 24 hours. When I called was told they had a tough call as to whether to come out or not. I say it shouldn't have been a tough call given the time without any work for the money. Was told they were sorry I felt that way...no solution offered!

Not sure about the negative reviews. I hired Shovelled Walk again this fall, after using them a few years ago. I've had a very good experience thus far - they are very responsive and the crew is always here within the 24 clearance window. The one time they didn't show up, I called them and they sent a crew out after realizing we were one of the few areas of the city that received snow. Very happy and would hire them again. Perhaps the other reviewers should temper their expectations if they are expecting immediate service after the last snowflake hits the ground....

I hired Shovelled Walk because we would be away for 6 weeks over Xmas and thought it would be good to have this service and the summer lawn mowing because I travel a lot for work. They did not once meet the promised service and even when given the opportunity to rectify they did not. I had a house sitter who emailed me during the December snowfalls to tell me that they had not been for days. After returning, we had a good 5 inches of ice built up on our walk and parts of the driveway and they did not even attempt to rectify after a number of requests. Hired them in October and Fired them in January. Save yourself the headache and stay away from these people.
