The windows from Pollard have been nothing but poor quality. Over half of the units have had a seal failure, and the mold in our window frame has been a constant concern. We have had to have 3 of the window cranks replaced as well.

Pollard Windows manufactures windows and doors that meet or exceed all current manufacturing standards established by the testing standard CAN A440-M90. This testing standard establishes benchmarks for performance. Pollard Windows also manufactures to the Energy Star standard.
If you choose to contact us directly we will make arrangements for a service tehnician to investigate the windows in question. If we discover a manufacturing defect, we will certainly honor our warranty.

The sale was a no pressure approach and the installer was very polite. The city softener and drinking system works well. We enjoy the convenience of having no worries about the water quality. The warranty on the product was far better than that of equal or higher units from the other companies.

Culligan should be Callagain and again and again... because if you need service this is what you'll be doing. Finally called [competitor name removed -- Ed] and they helped me sameday, even though I didn't buy equipment from them (already working on removing culligan to replace with their's, prices are even more reasonable...best part is they are a CANADIAN company, not US owned) Culligan has lost alot of customers due to poor service, and I'm one more.
