I gave them a tough assignment with a 25' Hornbeam Hedge over difficult terrain. After the Ashley's crew completed their work, I took a second look and decided it was not exactly what I wanted. I gave them feedback and they were back the next day to tailor the job to my expectations. Also, I appreciated the advice and sincerity of Chris, the crew chief. They clearly want to do what it takes to make the job right for the customer. Well done, bravo!

George was very courteous and listened carefully to all my concerns. He did not try to upsell me on unneeded extra work. He did suggest a few modifications to the plumbing downstream of the meter which turned out to be very valuable.
