comparing to another house I just bought from another builder I feel it was a nightmare buying a home from this builder. There were lots of issues with the contract and quality of the house. and today my neighbor just told me that there is big hole on my roof from where she can see. I went on my attic and noticed a roof vent is missing. the hole was covered by roof shingles only. roof shingles was blown away or broken and now there is a hole on my roof. also I noticed there is another hole on the roof. it seems the roofer stepped on it and broke it. BTW, the roof vent was NOT blown away by the wind , It was not installed at all. I checked on Google Map and Good Earth. the image is from a couple of years ago and there was no vent.
