Lets start with the quoting process the gentleman o worked with was excellent and responded in a very timely manner. There was no pressure selling, which is an immediate turn off for me. Rather than pressuring me to choose the company for our move, he sent me lots of helpful hints regarding vendor selection and what to look for. After checking with about 6 other vendors, Power Moving won the quote, not only because they had one of the best price points, but the professionalism in the correspondence was impeccable. About the move we were sent two extremely nice gentlemen for the move. They were friendly and very respectful of our possessions. There were a couple hiccups (no fault of theirs) and they were very responsible and reasonable in handling the situation. End of the day, the charge and the quote was very closely aligned based on what was discussed so I was very happy about that.

Wendy was great to work with. She gave me great suggestions for my cabinetry. Loved the Caesarstone counter and backsplash. When i had issues with the spice rack, Wendy arranged to have the manufacturer come onsite to replace in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with the end product and the speed at which everything was done.

First, my apologies that this review comes about three months after job completion. However, the whole home was pretty much gutted and put back together and is almost done. To post a review in this case without any pictures just seems lacking in many ways. The service really makes or breaks the experience. Ray completely exceeded expectations when I encountered some installation issues and really alleviated a lot of stress on my end. He personally came on-site to speak with the installers to ensure every single one of my concerns were communicated and agreed upon with the installers and ensured that I was happy with the end product. Below is the email I sent to Ray to thank him and his team for all his help. I really love the look and feel of the floors, really appreciate Ray’s guidance in choosing the product to put on and his hands on approach to issues that arose. I would definitely work with Selyan’s again. “Hi Ray, I just wanted to drop you a few lines to let you know how things went. The gentlemen did a really great job today. The decorative wood trim is still setting and should be perfectly fine once set. I wanted to thank you for your personal touch and assistance in getting all the defects fixed. The thicker shoe mold was installed perfectly and looks so much better. We love everything about the floor now that all the deficiencies have been remediated. I am truly grateful to all you did to make everything happen in such a short timeframe and have everything ready for our kitchen installation for later this week.”

It is amazing how much work Ray, CJ and their team did in one day. I really appreciated CJ’s early arrival so that I can walk through the job with him. When finished, he went through the work done and areas where there may be issues and advised us of their warranty. He was extremely easy to deal with and assuring to let us know that if we find any deficiencies to let him know. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Wow 1 day painting and would work with them again.

I have my home cleaned once a month and i look forward to my Viviana's visit as I know I will come home to a spotless home. I Have extremely high eaxpectations for the level of cleanliness from a cleaning service and Viviana from Maret's far surpasses my expectations.
