Greg helped me out when no other roofers would even take the job. 11 years ago I had a flat roof system installed that was recommended on one of Mike Holms shows. The installer provided a lifetime warranty on the system as long as it was recoated every 10 years. In 11 years I paid a total of $34,000. The system was installed over my existing roof system, as it was considered environmentally preferable, it would help the new system and there would be no landfill waste. Before my first 10 years the roof was leaking in multiple areas of my house. The installer came out and recoated the roof. Once I got my roof recoated the coating was flaking off, ( looked like it was snowing on windy days). And it was still leaking, the installer let it leak for months causing lots of interior damage. ( saying there was nothing that could be done until we had warmer temperatures}. When he finally came out he blamed the leaking on a skylight that was nowhere near all the leaking and also sloped away from the leaks ( when does water travel uphill?). I had no confidence anymore in the product or the installer. I contacted multiple roofers. They came out and looked, told me how extensive the damage was and never got back to me with a quote. Until I contacted Greg at Doucette. Greg came out, realized the amount of damage, came back with the installer and they came up with a game plan as to what was needed for my roof. Unfortunately there was so much damage to my roof from the previous system that my roof was stripped completely and the majority of the plywood needed to be replaced, in fact one of the roofers actually fell through my ceiling while doing the repair as the roof was so rotted from the previous roofers neglect. Even my facia boards were rotten and my eavestroughs fell off. Juan and the team worked very hard over the time of the install, they came when expected and answered any questions I had on site. When unexpected costs came up ( eavestroughs, flashing, more plywood) Greg did his best to help me with the costs. I found them very reliable, had good communication, and worked hard. I had this work done last fall and with one winter passed I am very satisfied with the work they have done. Thank you Greg, Juan & team

I am thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets. Sorin did an excellent job at making our small, dark, non functional kitchen the best room in the house. His suggestion of widening an existing window has made the room so much brighter. We had an unusable corner space before and by increasing the window size the sink moved over slightly making that corner now a functional corner cabinet. Install day, Sorin, Liviu and the rest of the team showed up on time and worked hard, neatly and efficiently. As my ceilings are slanted they had to cut all the ceiling molding ( custom crown molding) on site. A difficult task but it looks amazing. This is the second kitchen Petrax has done for my family ( they completed my parents kitchen in December 2019). Petrax is a great company/ team to work with and I would highly recommend them

Jeff showed up early and ready to work. We had a lot of water damage on the ceiling around the chimney and multiple cracks in our plaster ceiling. Jeff went to work right away, making our ceilings look brand new. As we had extensive prep work to do before painting Jeff made sure to stay the first day until all the prep work and first coat of paint on the ceiling was done in order to make sure the following day of painting the walls went well. Jeff was always careful to make sure our brand new floors were never damaged and always cleaned up as he progressed through the job. I would recommend Proper Painting to anyone who is looking for a professional, courteous, hardworking painter.
