We had the pleasure of buying a home from Kassy in Walker Summit. She took over our file after she replaced our other sales person. I read a few horrible reviews on here that made me worried that there would be some serious issues with my home and our last rep was kind of a snake so we were very apprehensive about the process . I understand she has been in the industry for a while and I could tell. Even tho she was new to the company she did everything she could to make sure our home was perfect and the experience of buying our first home... a great one. we had a few minor issues but Montorio's team had them rectified with in a week! I am going out of my way to wright this because i think its important to share good experiences along with the bad. Don't believe all the doom and gloom you read on here because sometimes you are pleasantly surprised!
