Keith the owner was very pleasant to work with and we were fully satisfied with our reupholstered chairs. There were a lot of fabrics to choose from and Ketih just let us take our time and choose at our pleasure without being intrusive or pushy. He was also able to get the work done sooner as we needed the chairs for a dinner party. The lcosting was reasonable and very cleary laid out. Thanks again Keith as the dining chairs feel brand new and really enhanced the look of the dining room.

We have used Aviv before and was fully satisfied with the knowledge, honesty and service. When water leaked downstairs from a shower upstairs, we did not hesitate to call Aviv again and did not bother to ask upfront how much the cost will be, which was was a mistake. The service this time was unfortunately less satisfying. Actual work incl. diagnosis probably only took an hour or.so Still not clear why we were charged so much for tightening the pipes and caulking the loose hardware/faucet. As I did not get the comfort that the work done solved the problem, I asked the technician whether there is a warranty which he indicated no as there may be other problems. This gave me less comfort in trusting the service. For now, I still have a bucket and towel below the leak area just in case.

Homebud has completed jobs for us from small jobs such as caulking to our basement renovation. While their pricing may not be at the low end, they always deliver quality work to our satisfaction and has proven to live up to their warranty in a timely and hassle free manner.

We chose Hilltop because they were the cheapest, what a BIG mistake!!! Hilltop replaced our whole roof in the summer of 2002 and it started leaking in three different places in the spring of 2004. We called them repeatedly to come fix the problem, and they did not. To make a long story short, we were so frustrated with the whole ordeal that we ended up paying another roofer, D'angelo Brothers, to fix the problems. I would not trust them at all and their warranty is worthless!! They were definitely very timely...at collecting the payment once the job was done!!

We tried this company for the first time this winter as their advertising in the yellow pages sounded credible. We ended up being taken for a ride! It was quite an unbelievable experience dealing with the Gardener! For the first few snowfalls, the truck either came very late or did not show up, while all our neighbors driveways were already shoveled by other companies. The few times that they did come, the service was extremely messy, where snow was left right in front of our garage door or piled at the edge of driveway entrance. Furthermore, we had to pay extra, at the request of the company, to clear the walkway to our front door, but ended up shoveling the snow ourselves every time. For the times that they did not show up, we would leave numerous messages but none returned.
