Our NTI boiler quit early in the heating season. Called AN and someone was out the next day. It took a while to diagnose but it turned out to be an expensive component that had failed so they wanted to be certain. It was fixed and the boiler has been working fine since.
Gary came by for a scheduled appointment to provide a detailed quote. It was very competitive. On installation day, Gary, Dorian and the crew arrived. The work spilled over into a second day because some of the installation was pretty complicated (we have a couple of bay windows and dormers that meet the edge of the roof). In spite of the extra time required, they stuck to their quote. We also had a rain barrel installed and had one of the four downspouts going to the city drain disconnected and capped.

The flagstone walkway to our house had sunk in sections and had become quite uneven. Also, a retaining wall around a small garden had shifted, sunk and moved away from the house. Both of these problems pushed the curb along the drive over. Chris arrived when he said to provide an estimate (nice detail). On approval he brought in his crew on the days he said and in three days the walkway, wall and curb were fixed. It looks beautiful now. We're very happy with the work.

Clear main line backup and inspect whole system
Roy showed up quickly, figured out what was going on with our trap-feeding-another-trap situation, cleared the blockage and cleaned up, did a thorough camera inspection and gave us some self-service instructions to ensure the problem doesn't recur. Very pleasant to deal with. Charged exactly what he said on the phone. Highly recommended.
