We had an old, tiny, cramped kitchen with a terrible layout. Eagleview (Ben & team) completely ripped out our old kitchen and the wall dividing it and the dining room we never used, then delivered us a huge, gorgeous new kitchen with everything on time and with no surprise costs! The final bill was *exactly* what I was expecting and had agreed upon along the way. Ben definitely prides himself in delivering top quality work - if there was ever anything bothering me, he and his team would immediately address it and make sure I was happy with it afterward (even when I thought I was being annoying and picky, he never seemed annoyed!). All of the subcontractors that came through house also seemed to pride themselves on doing things properly, we could tell they were all great at their trades. It was nice that we got along with and trusted everyone the whole time. Communication was also great throughout. I could email Katie or text Ben directly with any issue, and they responded within minutes usually, even after normal working hours when I'd expect to have to wait until the next day. Only minor issues have popped up that I don't really fault Eagleview for -- they are just things that happen during all the chaos of reno and as things settle! (minor cabinet paint imperfections, one weird tile that had to be swapped out, caulking shrinking/separating from the wall over time). In all cases, Katie or Ben quickly scheduled someone to come out and fix whatever it was! No real/major issues at all! Overall, an amazing experience and we can't wait to be able to afford to have them come do the rest of the house!

We wanted to replace our 30 year old furnace before it died, and opted to replace our 20 year old A/C while we were at it. Jon came out initially and told us a few different options, all that would be efficient enough to get us the Ontario rebate (we asked for this). He was open to some negotiation in price, which was great. We went with Reliance because Jon was the sales person who left us with the best impression. He clearly cares for his work, and stands by Reliance's quality of work as well. The warranty offered by Reliance was also by far the best, since there are no strings attached...you don't have to get your furnace serviced annually by Reliance, unlike other companies we got quotes from. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Install happened the day after we signed the contract, and took less than a day to do. Very efficient, and they used drop cloths to keep dirt off the floors. Though, they didn't use them in the furnace room, which left the floor really dirty in there -- for future reference, concrete is really hard to clean when dirty, you should use dropcloths there too :). It's been a month so far, and there have been no problems with our furnace at all, the house is much more evenly heated and feels warmer even though it's set the same temp as the old furnace was. We're very happy customers, thanks Jon & team!

What could this company do to improve their services?
Use a dropcloth in furnace room as well.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Get quotes from different companies to see the differences in quality -- we could tell right away that some companies definitely didn't care as much and offered dirt cheap pricing, but then required a service plan to keep a warranty in-tact.
