Very good work. Finished in good time. Did make sure to finish rental apartment on time so not to inconvenient existing tenant.

I own 4 properties and Mr Evans has done great work on all of them. I highly recommend him. He always leave the place clean. I am always impressed with his painting as he never leaves a drop on the floor. And he's good in all the trades - framing, drywall, taping, painting, tiling and plumbing. He's absolutely great!
