We had a plugged sink that turned out to be caused by some poor plumbing work done years ago on the lower level of the house. Jeff came on on short notice on the weekend and when the first few trouble shooting methods didn't work, cleared his afternoon to stick around and redo the plumbing installations that were causing the problem. He was well prepared with all the supplies he needed along with him and was so friendly and helpful. We felt he charged us very fairly considering it was the weekend and the work done was extensive.
