Do not hesitate for a moment to call Ali. He not only responded within minutes of my HomeStars request (BBQ gas line), he arrived exactly when he said he would (that same day) and did a great job. He noted certain problems I had not realized, suggested I address them but never pressured me. He was extremely fair in his price considering he ended up staying much longer than anticipated. As an individual, Ali was very courteous, patient (explaining things to me) and took pride in his work. Highly recommend!

My walk and driveway were always shoveled and salted when the "required" amount of snow fell. Jonathan was easy to contact when needed and responded very promptly. A perfect 5/5 for me means being the first home to be shoveled. Can't have it all but he does deserve the business!
