Alan and his team replaced our old fireplace insert by a new Vanox heat blowing unit. They are skilled and polite professionals, who have patience to explain they work throughout the installation procedure. We are pleased with their result and we will contact them for regular service as well as for any fireplace issues in the future. Hopefully we will reduce the use of the electric baseboards by this heating method. We are satisfied with their work.
