We have been working with Jerry's company since 2015, when his crew did fantastic work on our main staircase and the flooring on the upstairs landing, and the flooring in the basement. Recently, in December 2020, Stairs4u installed the new flooring in our family room: Brazilian walnut, a difficult to work with hardwood (we purchased the wood and the lining on our own since it was hard to find specie of hardwood). The crew member Matthew did an excellent job, combining colorful and exotic-patterned planks of wood into a beautiful mosaic. Jerry's company always demonstrates a combination of perfect work ethics, professionalism, consideration of the customer's schedule, reasonable pace/timeline, and impeccable quality of work!

With the windows company that replaced all the windows and doors in our house, but had gone out of business a couple of years ago, we were left with the glass that had a broken seal and thus looked foggy and pink throughout the surface as if being utterly dirty (especially an unattractive look as the windows represent the house from the front of the house). The two doors, leading to the garage and to the outdoors from the mudroom, original to the house, needed a replacement as well. Loyal Seal provided a well-supported on every level service from the inquiry call, to the estimate and measurements, reminders and the actual installation: a polite and courteous demeanour of all the employees, competent appraisal, followed by expert and clean work made a great impression. We have been through numerous renovations over the past 20 years, and had anywhere from mediocre to very bad experiences with the services. Loyal Seal had made the process very enjoyable and exciting. Tatiana and Michael.

We hired Jerry (Jarek) to replace our carpeted staircase with a new wooden one, install a new hardwood flooring in the second floor hallway, as well as to replace the laminate basement floor that had water damage. Jerry offered his handywork by replacing a good portion of the ceiling in the basement that was also damaged. The company's store located in Mississauga had all the necessary supplies: we were able to match our existing railing and posts with the new hardwood; and found an impossible-to-find laminate flooring that matched the existing one and "saved the day" after much unsuccessful search across the GTA. Jerry has been thorough, quick, resourceful and extremely accommodating every step of the process. The quote was fair and clear, and did not contain any hidden charges; and the timeline of the project was observed impeccably. Jerry's crew was well-equipped, well-organized, polite and respectful to the owners; they worked efficiently in a non-stop mode, which contributed to such quick execution of our multi-faceted project: all the above tasks were completed in exactly four business days, Mon-Thur. The installation of all components of the project and the craftmanship, attention to the detail such as finishing touches and mouldings, and an overall professionalism have made the final product an impressive subject of admiration and pride. Jerry personally supervised all the work being done. Undoubtedly, we intend to engage him and his company Stairs4u in our future projects. This particular project was one of the very rare occasions when a renovation flowed with ease, and was based on a great communication level and mutual understanding.
