An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just want to express our family's appreciation for the pleasant and professional manner with which our roofing contract was fulfilled. Not a single demand, suggestion or request no matter how small or difficult was ignored, pushed to the side or put off as is so often the case once the contract is signed. I suppose our job was in many ways no different than most, however our veranda was very challenging with its five skylights spaced equidistant across the front and the preexisting roof vents evenly spaced across the rear of the roof. Every effort had to, and was made to place and orient the standing seam sections through the skylights to provide exceptional snow, self clearing, with a visually striking appearance. It turned out beautifully. I (we) want to thank everyone from Andi, the goto gal Friday in the front office to Luc, the head hauncho to Corey, the crew chief and Matthew, his right-hand man for a job so well done.
