We discovered a leak in our 40+ year old skylight in late November 2023. RenovAction came and assessed, ordered a replacement, and returned to install the new skylight quickly and left our home the way they found it. The RenovAction team are always a pleasure to have on site. They are respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable about what they need to do to address the problems presented. We highly recommend them.

We had to replace all of our homes windows in 2023. We had good experiences using Renovaction on previous jobs, so they were our first call again.

Luc was quick to respond, walk us through the options and prepare a quote. He made sure we understood and were comfortable with everything that would be involved, including costs, time it would take, how they would proceed with the job, etc.

Luc kept us informed of developments while we waited for the windows to be manufactured. When it was time to start the job, the crew were pleasant and proceeded to expertly install the windows while also making efforts to minimize distribution to our home business. They also did a good job of keeping the job site tidy.

We did have problems with a couple windows due to manufacturer defects or damage during transportation of the windows. However, Luc was quick to jump in and resolve the issue with the manufacturer and ensured replacements were delivered and installed as quickly as possible.

The end result was another good experience with Renovaction and they will continue to be my first choice for future home improvement jobs.

Over the summer and fall of 2023, RenovAction built a custom insulated (R60) , heated, finished interior (drywalled and painted) double garage with insulated door, metal roof and stone detailed exterior walls. The garage also serves as a workshop and a charging port for e-vehicles was installed. The electric service was upgraded to 200 for the garage and a Generac was installed, which was a blessing given the 3 power outages we have had since it was installed. Luc also had the driveway completely redone, going several feet below grade and levelling it up to the house and road so that 5 cars can now be parked on the driveway. Two industrial strength shelving units were installed at the back of the garage and I can comfortably park my truck. The workshop will be set up over this summer, in the space not occupied by a second vehicle. Luc matched the siding (which was done by RenovAction in 2017). The build included tree removal, excavating and grading the back yard. Luc's team and sub-contractors created a stunning garage while keeping me up to date on all stages as the work progressed. This was my fourth project with Luc and RenovAction, looking forward to the next one - finishing the basement in 18 months. I would highly recommend Luc and RenovAction, the quality of the work craftsmanship is impeccable, schedules are adhered to and Luc will walk you through every step of the project and ensure that your expectations are met.

Luc and his team have been working on our house for decades with full satisfaction, and this latest project was no exception. For remodeling our ensuite and main bathrooms, from design through to project completion, Luc and his team were exceptional. Answering all of our questions, guiding us to solutions with any issues that cropped up, offering alternatives to accommodate budget requirements and ensuring that the work sites were left clean and spotless at the end of every day made this renovation as easy as it possibly could be. Of course, the final product was exactly what we were looking for in terms of quality and attention to detail.

Renoaction has been an excellent company to deal with. We've gone multiple jobs over the years with them and are always satisfied. From the start of project to the finishing touches, Renoaction always complete the job and within the time frame.

We had all our siding replaced end of 2023 and it was an easy and seamless experience. Luc and Connie were so patient with all our questions and always checking in to make sure all was very well, not just good. The team (Corey and Jordan most often!) were always checking in, accountable, taking as much time as needed to do the job really well, sought decisions as they went, tidied the work area and willing to undertake all tasks! They showed up as promised and were lovely to have around, our Golden was a huge fan and misses them! Just an easy and great experience/outcome. Many neighbours want to have them do work as the result is excellent. I am quite particular, it is maybe even stressful to meet my expectations, and they exceeded them, which I can say is rare in my experience! Would absolutely recommend and the design process is wonderful and Luc has great vision.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with " Renovaction " regarding our latest home renovation. The entire staff was professional, very organized, extrememly knowledgeable and friendly.
The renovation was extensive as we had new windows , new siding , roof repair, soffit, fascia and eavestrough and the whole process was flawless !

Our first experience with RenovAction was for the replacement of the original siding on our house with the Prodigy insulated siding and the replacement of a side door. The crew was very professional, friendly and cleaned up every day before leaving. The owner, Luc, came on a daily basis to check on progress. They advised us of any issues and took care of correcting them. We were very satisfied with the work done and decided we would hire them for our next project.

The following summer, we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling following a torrential downpour. Luc responded promptly and the problem was fixed shortly thereafter. This promptness confirmed our belief that we had made a great decision to proceed with RenovAction.

Our latest project with Luc and his team was a major one with the renovation of our ensuite bathroom as well as a long list of items we needed done: walk-in closet, partial removal of a wall between the dining room and living room and installation of new LED in our kitchen.

Once again the project was done in a professional manner, competently, on time, with great attention and without hidden fees. Luc was on site regularly and was open to discussion when it came to making decisions and/or adjustments such as choice of trim, flooring options etc. He has a great team that is attentive, skilled, courteous and respectful of our home, maintaining the site in order. They provides quality work with superior material. It is now over two months since the work is completed and to this day we remain extremely satified. We are still in awe everytime we walk into our bedroom ensuite.

Qualities we appreciate with Luc are his professonal knowledge, his design ideas, the research he performs prior to the physical start of the project and his passion. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to details with a high standard for his crew and the work they perform under his direction. He is also highly responsive and innovative as well as keeping up to date with the trades. We highly recommend RenovAction
