Very polite and professional. Alex knew what he was doing and solved the problem immediately. He also checked for a leak (after replacing both kitchen drains) and, as a matter of fact, the toilet was leaking and needed repair as well. The cost mentioned above covered all services (parts and labour) and was still quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Alex and Award Plus Plumbing and Drains. Great service.

The quote was upheld - it was the amount that I paid (there were two important furnace parts replaced, plus labour). My furnace broke down in the middle of the winter and I was charged an Inordinate amount to replace one single igniter. I would not recommend this company at all - they charge WAY TOO MUCH money for an igniter. Also, I had to ask for an invoice / a receipt a couple of times before I actually received one. I just repaired my air conditioner (a very similar / comparable service - replacing a comparable piece) and I only paid one quarter of the cost!
