Great service. My air conditioning was not starting at all, Max was available right away, determined the problem and had the air conditioner up and running in no time! Also, very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Aire Max.

Very polite and professional. Alex knew what he was doing and solved the problem immediately. He also checked for a leak (after replacing both kitchen drains) and, as a matter of fact, the toilet was leaking and needed repair as well. The cost mentioned above covered all services (parts and labour) and was still quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Alex and Award Plus Plumbing and Drains. Great service.

Very professional and polite - Sam explained the issue(s) and we discussed the various options. The quote was upheld - it was the amount that I paid (there were two important furnace parts replaced, plus labour). The service was fast and efficient - I have already recommended Sam and Climax Air Conditioning to a couple of people.

My furnace broke down in the middle of the winter and I was charged an Inordinate amount to replace one single igniter. I would not recommend this company at all - they charge WAY TOO MUCH money for an igniter. Also, I had to ask for an invoice / a receipt a couple of times before I actually received one. I just repaired my air conditioner (a very similar / comparable service - replacing a comparable piece) and I only paid one quarter of the cost!

Susana, we apologize for your dissatisfaction with our service. Dupont appreciates your feedback and we will consider it for future work. To address your specific concerns – the pricing of the igniter we provided is a standard in the industry; our cost reflects the price provided to us from the supplier and our cost for labor. In regards to the invoicing, we do apologize, during our busy season we receive a large volume of services call. It can occasionally be difficult to respond to everyone in a timely manner. Again, we thank you for your feedback and if there is anything more we can do to rectify the situation...please contact our office.

Thank you,

Nicole
