I have 3 very large and old red oaks in my back yard. I've had several plumbers in the past who have been from the "charge lots, do the minimum" school of plumbing. Not this company. My technician, Khem [last name removed --Ed], treated my job like it was his own house. He was patient, friendly, and took the time to do the job right. We hit several roadblocks, the last of which pushed the job into a 2 day affair. Khem went beyond the call of duty and came up with a very creative solution to what I thought was a big problem. The result is that not only did he fix my problem but my kitchen plumbing is actually much more efficient and easier to use now. During all of this Khem remained friendly and eager to explain exactly what he was doing. I won't hesitate to use this company again.
