The independent installer was excellent. One of the best and most impressive persons to do any work in my home since purchasing in October 2014. Very hard worker and knowledgeable.....excellent job! also very personable! Looking forward to receiving the $300, prepaid master card. Monthly rental contract.

Original team to assemble were rushed and took shortcuts resulting in an unprofessional assembly. I took photos and visited Ikea to share my unsatisfactory result. They contacted 310 move to arrange another appointment to rectify the problems. I requested that a different and more experienced crew come to fix and level the wardrobe so that the sliding doors were fitting and operating properly. Two very capeable and professional men, Serkie and Suruc arrived yesterday and took their time and care to skillfully and methodically rectify all the the adjustments that were not done by the first crew. I'm extremely grateful to Carmella also, who was my phone contact at 310 move and any one else I may have dealt with there. Even though it took a great deal of time to get this resolved, it was all worth it in the end. Now I can finally start to fill my Pax wardrobe and begin to enjoy the organization it will provide. Thank you 310 move for returning to make it right.
