My main floor tiles were creaking and the grout was cracking is 3 different places. I contacted Sam to fix my flooring. Sam came in assessed the problem and gave me some options on how to repair the flooring. He gave me a list of items to purchase before actually working on the project. Once the items were procured, Sam came back and we worked together on securing the floor from the basement; he then removed the loose tile without breaking them (a bit of a delicate work as my flooring has inserts), reinstalled the tiles and applied the new grout. I was very happy with his work, as he managed to save most of the tiles (8 out of the total of 10 tiles that needed to be reset with stronger adhesive) - project was completed in September of 2012.

I contacted Sam to help fix leaky faucet in my kitchen. Right on the phone Sam asked me a few questions and advised that I call Moen for free replacement parts. Once the parts arrived, I called Sam and he responded promptly by setting up a mutually agreed time. He fixed it in a timely manner. Because of this advise I saved money on the replacement parts since Moen has life-time warranty on parts. Sam is honest and professional.

This is the second time I'm using Dave's services. Again, Dave was quick to respond to my call and setup the date for the paint job. The job was completed on time, and quality was good. Next job is fixing floor tiles. I've already spoken with Dave and its a matter of confirming the date.

Dave was quick to respond to my request for quotation. He provided a guranteed quote. The price quote was very reasonable. Work took a bit longer but I only paid quoted price. Dave's work is of excellent quality, very neat. The painting I needed to get done was quite difficult - high area, along the curved wall of stairway and hallway. Highly recommended. I plan to use Dave's services again.
