One of our appliances would not start. We contacted Top Tech on Sunday afternoon and Mores agreed to come over and have a look. As something urgent came up, we had to postpone his appointment by 3 hours. He courteously agreed to this. When he arrived that evening, he promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He charged us only $50 for his visit. We found Mores to be professional, honest and knowledgeable and would recommend his services to all.

We called Protech based on their homestar rating. Leon agreed to come by the very next day, arrived dot on time, found the issue and fixed it - all within an hour. Initially he had mentioned over the phone that it might take two hours but because he diagnosed the problem quickly, he charged us only for 1 hour. We are very happy with his expertise and honesty and will strongly recommend him to all. We will call him for all our electrical issues.

We called the Fixman ad on Kijiji for dryer repair. Later we came to know that the company was called Express Appliance Repair. They sent Roman over. He found that one of the two 30Amp fuses in our fuse box was missing. We took out a fuse from another socket and he placed it in the spot. He charged us $140 for repairs, instead of $79 for diagnosis. His argument was, 'you dryer is working, is it not?' In retrospect, we should not have handed him our fuse but put it in ourselves! No upfront repair cost was mentioned. If he had mentioned that he would charge $140 for putting in a fuse, we would not have gone ahead with the repairs. No upfront repair cost was mentioned to us. If he had mentioned that he would charge us $140 for putting in a fuse, we would certainly not agreed to it but would have done it ourselves. Very unreasonable pricing. Will not call them again.

Your broken fuse affect the operation of the dryer there for you receive a quote upfront to serve the dryer for 180$ and after the repair you got -40$ from the repair, so it’s really hard to me understand what are not happy with?
