I have the home protection plan and to be honest if I was to review the company as a whole they would be 1, it took them 4 times to get it right. I kept on getting an error message my new furnace that they had installed and yet no one could figure out why . I even received a new thermostat as one of the technicians thought this was the problem but the same message was coming up again, until finally Thava came and figured it out, this was their 4th technician. Only because of him I gave this many stars he was very professional and managed to fix the issue he also went above and educated me on the extra features of my thermostat which the others had brushed off and told me that it was all in the manual, which it clearly wasn't. I don't know how so many others could miss the same issue and not even bother to get back and fix it, I had to keep calling to re-book a technician which should not be the case if the issue was never resolved in the first place I should be contacted since this is a service I'm paying for. Thank you to Thava for being such a reliable and hard working person.

I called Owen to get an approximate estimate over the phone which he was able to provide. He came to the house within the provided time frame he gave and was able to complete the repair right away. I will definitely be calling him again for my appliance repairs.
