Hello Robin. I see you are on Homestars. When you and your son replaced our wood-burner with a gas fireplace in the fall of 2013, you assured Gordon and me that we would be spending much more time in our first-floor front room. How right you were! Particularly this winter - #2 since the installation - we have been spending time by the fire before and after dinner each evening!
