We just finished our project with Invision, working with Roy. Our home is completely transformed. We had new white oak flooring put in, and the stairs were refurbished as well. We also had the interiors repainted. Not only does everything function so well now (even the stairs don't squeak!), but it all looks amazing. Roy is very knowledgeable and a straight talker. He knows his stuff and doesn't give you any hard sell. He communicates regularly and clearly. One thing I found incredible was that he was able to give us a project time window months in advance so that we could plan our temporary accommodations, and he was able to stay in that time frame in the end. Definitely not common in this industry. Roy addressed all of our questions and concerns and made sure that we were satisfied with the results. The highlight of the job for us is the work on our stairs. It's a very old home with narrow stairs that squeaked badly. Roy had new oak treads installed on top of the existing with new white risers. The new railing is now to code height, and very stylish without being fussy, just what we like. The new handrail along the stairs is continuous now, much safer than the old one. We would definitely recommend Roy and Invision. They are an honest company, experts in the products & services they offer, great to work with, and all this for a reasonable price.

We have an old Toronto rowhouse. Rudy from Atlas came by and did a thorough review of our situation (complicated by being attached) before making a detailed quote for a new high-eff furnace and AC. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just great information about options. James, Nick, and Dave R came to do the install. They were courteous, explained everything clearly to us, neat, and went the extra mile (filling in a crack through which some mice had been coming in and helping us maintain our existing air filter system). Everything is working great and we couldn't be happier with the service from Atlascare.
