When our dryer stopped working, we called 2 different companies who collected the service call fee and recommended that we buy a new dryer. We noticed the high reviews for Cascade Appliance and gave them a call. We were not disappointed. Steve arrived on-time and was very polite and professional. Within a half hour he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part. Once the dryer was working, he continued to check other parts and ensure that the vents were clear.
