New Steel Roofers!!!! I hired a roofer in September of 2009, to replace my old shingle roof with new metal roof with the look of tile. However things did not go well and more damage was done to me house and roof. Eventually the roofer walked of the job leaving the roof not finished with winter approaching. Finally I called New Steel Roofers; Max showed up at my house and was quite shocked by the job that was done on my house. After Max inspected the job, he had advised me that the whole roof should be removed. At the advice that was provided by Maxx I have just removed the front of the house since I needed to get the roof covered before winter. During the removal process it was found that the strapping for the tiles was not installed correctly, have of the tiles where not fasten as required. The roof underlayment was installed incorrectly. The crew arrived as promised on time and the job finely started to go right. The Max and the crew working job were very knowledgeable, always on time, professional, and polite. The job was done on time as promised the roof was fixed and finely the house is done. I wish I had done my research first and hired NEW STEEL ROOFERS from the start. I would recommend NEW STEEL ROOFERS to anybody that is considering a metal roof. I wish all businesses would operate just like the NEW STEEL ROOFERS great company.
