Steve came to our home, after a phone call to say that he would be a little late (snow storm), diagnosed the problem with both appliances, changed the board on our dishwasher (had the part with him), replaced the part that had fallen off the dryer, put it back and closed everything up. He was most knowledgeable and efficient. We had another service call for our dishwasher, problem not diagnosed or fixed, $226.00. We are most pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Cascade and Steve to friends and neighbours.
