I had heard many great things about Fitzgerald & Roderick from friends and family, so when it came time to landscape our front yard, I gave them a call. The whole process was very smooth, from the design and quote, to the actual work. The workers were very diligent and did BEAUTIFUL stone work. The project was completed on time - and it is simply magnificent! We will definitely use this company again.
Before moving out of our previous condo, we had to clean the carpets. Instead of hiring an expensive company to do it, we decided to try it ourselves. The folks in the tool rental area at the Home Depot on Gerrard were very helpful - they set us up with all the materials we needed, and gave us a quick demonstration. The actual machine they rented to us was very easy to use and did a great job with our light grey carpets!
I used El Cheapo mid-December to move from one condo to another one not too far away (didn't want to lift all the furniture and attempt to navigate the streets in a cube truck by myself!). The two movers arrived right on time and got to work right away. I have never used movers before, and thought they might go slowly to stretch out the bill, but they were very quick! I have also heard about damages when using movers, but all of my stuff make it without a scratch or dent - and they were careful to not get my light-coloured sofas dirty! The two movers were very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my things in their hands! Definitely the movers to use!!!
