Property Stars were in our neighbourhood knocking on every door and offering their window washing service. The price started out very high but I held firm to what I felt was a reasonable price based on past contracts. The worker was very presentable and professional. Sadly the work was sub standard and far too basic. They washed the windows, just outside. Screen removal was my responsibility. No screen cleaning or interior window cleaning was performed. Most every window required two or even three "re-dos" to get the majority of the soil from the window area. The worker was very willing to go over his work but I found it annoying that the work was so poor and that I had to ask him to do a second pass. These were ground level, very accessible windows and the remaining soil was plain to see. The work took about an hour including the second treatments. The value was very poor and I was sorry I agreed to allow this company to do the work because the result was so poor.

Graham has done a variety of plumbing work for us including a hot water tank installation, leak repair and most recently our bathroom renovation. He is a true craftsman and does work of the highest quality. His prices are very fair. Graham is patient and always takes the time to explain options and offer recommendations.

This company is the best of both worlds, outstanding service and quality and very competitive prices. Murray was outstanding from quote to installation to adjustments afterward. He was patient with us as we fussed over details. He offered a reasonable response time in all cases. We have called Murray back twice to do adjustments and refuses to charge for these services even though in one case we abused the door. Truly above and beyond. If only all trades people could be this outstanding.
