Bathtub replacement and shower upgrade
Had HIP replace an old tub, shower tiles, and hardware. They prepared a design for me and coordinated supply and delivery of all materials; I just needed to coordinate with them for when they could come to do their demolition and installation work. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. The shower looks great!

Window Replacement on Second Floor
Had 2 very old windows on our second floor that needed replacement. Superior was very prompt and thorough in their responses to my inquiries. They were very easy to coordinate with to meet and discuss options, have windows measured, and ultimately installed. On the day of installation, their men showed up on time and put down tarps to prevent tracking dirt through my house. They were quick and the windows look great. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had an old electrical panel replaced and some circuits split in the house. Maximum Electric were very easy to coordinate with to have this work done. They were completed within the day. They discovered that a piece of work was not required so they were up front and discounted that from the original quote. I would certainly use them again.
Requested a quotation for electrical work, including a new panel, redoing circuits, and rough in for future services. Brian was very prompt with his response and visited our house right away and provided a quotation within a few days. We did not proceed with this work, but we were very happy with his quick response to our need.

Had overgrown gardens in backyard removed and replaced with sod. 90% of work completed in 1 day but they ran out of sod. Returned the next day to finish. Crew cleaned up work area after they was finished. Would appreciate more communication prior to work commencement as I had to call them multiple times to get work date scheduled. Very affordable. Would definitely use again.
We encountered electrical issues with our panel which resulted in a breaker burning out and cutting off power to half our home. Was able to contact Isaac in the evening and he showed up first thing the next morning. Him and his apprentice were very professional, and were able to quickly deduce the problem and get my house back up and running.
