My area rug was just dropped off and I couldn't be happier! They did an exceptional job cleaning it and were prompt and courteous. They also helped me position it in the room and I appreciated the help. Tsultrim was my technician and he was a pleasure to work with. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and made sure the repairs I had asked for were executed properly. I highly recommend Reliable Carpet and will definitely use them again!

I cannot recommend this company more. My daughter vomited all over her beautiful rug in the middle of the night. In a wild panic, I phoned Ben the next day who came over promptly. He assured me my rug would be just fine and lo and behold, it was! He brought it back a few days later as good as new. He also cleaned a heavy wool 9 x 13 for me and it too turned out beautifully. I purchased an underpad for this rug and Ben was kind enough to lay it for me. His service and work are top notch and I'll be sure to use him again.

I'm very thankful I hired Elite for my project. Their initial quotations are very detailed and completed in a timely fashion. They are excellent at returning emails and contracts are clear and concise. A payment schedule is provided at the onset of the project so you know exactly what you are paying for - no nasty surprises!
