We woke up on Dec 24th to a very cold house. I entered our furnace error messages into an urgent request for help on homestars, and Cu Mechanical responded right away with a suggestion (turn off the furnace for 30 seconds). This resolved the issue and saved us a service visit, which likely would have been impossible anyway on Christmas Eve. The house is slowly warming up. I'll save their info for when we need them. We are really happy with this company. We called them because our garage door made a really awful sound, and seemed to not be opening and closing very smoothly. Someone arrived within hours of our call, quickly diagnosed a loose part on our garage door opener, repaired it within minutes, and explained what he was doing. It was a very reasonable $60 charge, especially compared to the *other* highly rated company we had called, whose price to come out and diagnose was so high that they actually encouraged us to just replace the unit, without even seeing it. We're really glad we called Fix It Right, and will recommend them to others.

Joe came over promptly after we requested an estimate for new porch railings and a long handrail for the side of our house. The quote was reasonable, and everything was installed well, within a few weeks of ordering our custom materials. We're very happy, and would gladly recommend this company.

We've used Easyflow several times for various plumbing issues, such as a leak under a sink, replacing a toilet, overflowing humidifier. Prices ranged from $150-$500. We have been really happy with the service. They always do a thorough job, describe their assessment of the problem and offer several solutions, and they let us know when they are about to do something that could end up turning into a bigger job. We'll keep using them and recommending them to others.

We've been using Yvonne for about 7 months now to clean the main floor and upstairs of our house every 2 weeks. We thought we kept a pretty clean until the first time Yvonne came over, and we saw her pulling dust out of places we never even knew existed. Our place is much cleaner after she's done with it than it ever was before we started using her. Yvonne is a thorough cleaner who works very hard, is honest, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly as an added bonus!
